I think most of the special sale items have a 9- in front of them. For instance, the regular price for the All Clad turkey lifters is $35 with item #90-7091093, but item #9-7091093 gives you a price of $19.99. I think these are usually the same items that you can see after you've added an item to your shopping cart.
