Peppermint jo-jo update & something new

We were at our Trader Joes this morning and I asked about them. She said she just placed the order today so they should be on the shelves by the end of next week. Yummy!!!

I totally forgot ~ they also had these "mint mini mouthfuls" in with the ice cream. They're chocolate sandwich cookies filled with mint chocolate chip ice cream. Benjamin and I had some as soon as we got home!!!

You are torturing me. We've moved and there is no TJs anywhere. :( boo-hoo! But on an old thread there was a recipe for Faux-re-Os with peppermint filling. I went and dug up my recipe. Now I need to find the ingredients and I'm on my way!!
