How to keep furniture from sliding around on new rug?

Now that all the DCs have passed the spitting up and potty training stages, we got a new family room rug. It was a long time coming! Our old rug was nubby and had some pile to it, while our new one is smoother, more like berber. I'm finding that the coffee table, sofa, and chairs easily get pushed out of place due to the smooth surface of the rug. What kind of product might be out there that would keep this from happening? I had some felt disks on hand and tried them, but they didn't seem to make a difference.

Any advice is much appreciated!
