My wife's on a mission to get a "skinny" pre-lit artificial Christmas tree this year. My only requirement is that if it's pre-lit the lights be the kind that STAY ON if one burns out - OR - be LED's (which I believe do that as well). Anyone have a skinny 7-8' tall pre-lit tree they love?

I would look at Costco first. We have a "bushy" Costco tree (unfortunately, got it the year before the good pre-lit ones came out) and it is very nice. I know they sell skinny trees at Costco here, so it is reasonably likely that they have them at Costco in the US. They might be sold out by now -- our Costco has their Christmas stuff out in August!

We got ours last year at Sam's Club, so if you don't have a Costco, that's another option.
