Usually buy stride rite for my 3 year old with coupons from shoebuy, but I've struck out at shoebuy this year (we already have the molly SR in navy, and therefore wanted a different black style). Loved the Nicollette Stride Rite, but shoe buy only has black patent in DD size.

Anyone have any recommendations for either another site with some good SR sales or where to get a different brand comparable to stride rite? Free Return shipping is a huge plus.

thanks

EBS

Endless.com VIA Bing.com. They have 30% CB now, and $20 off of $80, too.
My DD is 2 1/2 and wears a 8 or 8 1/2.

How about these (http://elevencollection.com/_product_46068/Sylvie) from Eleven Collection? We got the red Alexi through ebates and endless for $40. DD loves them!

We love our Stride Rites toos, but for dressier ones that get less wear, we've had great luck with the payless black mary janes. The style has been the same for the past three years and they're cute and functional.

We've had really good luck with this shoe from Lands' End.

We have it in black and brown for my 2 1/2 year old (size 8) and my 5 year old (size 1).

I did not like LE shoes in the past, but these have been great.

Do you have a SR Outlet near by? We've gotten the TT (Toddler Tech) Anna that fits your bill for $24.99 or even less.

I know that they used to have non-patent Primigis at shoebuy, but I can't fimd them now. I have also had good luck with Willits:

I love these shoes! They are very cute with dresses, and the soles are great for the playground. They also come in wide, which is a must for my 3 year old. We get these shoes every year.

I've eyed these several times b/c I like the style and soles for playground play. However, everytime I buy my dd suede shoes - the suede gets trashed after one play on the rock playground & tree climbing. How do you feel the suede holds up on these shoes?

I have these b/c DD's school uniform requires solid colored shoes in navy or black. She has worn them every day since mid-August and they are already worn out (she is 3.5). Both shoes have a small tear/gash on the seam on the inside top of the shoe and the treads on the rubber soles are already worn out. They are extremely comfortable and cute but not the best for really heavy wear, I think.

Thank you for mentioning this! I just got DS a new pair of Skechers and DD a pair of the Pediped Flex Isabella in the black patent for $42.85 after discount and CB!

They didn't have the Pedipeds in black in anything but patent. There are some cute Black Stride Rite MJs on sale, though. I've just really liked the way Pedipeds fit DD so I wanted to stick with them

We Love, Love, love the ones from Bass outlet:

Sorry, the only link with a pic I could find was from eBay.

they are very durable, very comfortable (DD picks them out every day to wear), and usually about $25 in the store.

We have them in black and brown in every size.

I just bought these for my DD and they are very cute and they're only $15...

I got my DD a size 8.5 and I thought they ran a little big. She's wearing a size 8 - 8.5 currently, but these won't fit her for a while.
