Macy's is usually good for this...every year some associate buyer goes a little nuts and orders a total "WTF was the buyer thinking" sweater to stock in the stores. It gets the markdown action fast.

I love that you're wanting to find him an ugly sweater--so fun!! I can't help you out with ideas for that, but I do have a new silk Viagra tie (from drug reps) that could be a conversation starter. :)

Goodwill or Salvation Army. We do Ugly Sweater Contests at work too and that's where we all go to get ours. :) We don't require them to be Christmas themed though, just ugly, but several people did wear holiday themed ones. Mine was a black/yellow horizontal striped beauty, with little bumblebees hanging from the fringe along the bottom hem. I think I paid $3 for mine last year.

ETA: I realize it's a woman modeling it in the photo, which just makes it better.

This is totally homemade and not very well, at that. The current bid is $50! I think I may have found a new hobby. Who would've thought? Maybe I could whip up a few of these and make a few hundred bucks!
