Valco Twin Latitude

Does anyone have any experience with this stroller? I am thinking about buying it from someone on my local Craigslist. I LOVE my Valco Buggster and push a Valco Twin Runabout at work (I am a Nanny). The Latitude looks like a nice cross between the 2. I am looking for a mall/park stroller for a 17 month old and a 3 month old that will accept a Buggy Board for a 3 yr. It must steer one handed. Will the Latitude for 2 meet those requirements?
