This was my first thought too!!!!!
Heaven forbid something so dangerous as to cause ED would be allowed on the market! "We must protect the penis! Get all BPA off the shelves immediately, if not sooner! My penis is suffering as we speak! My penis is going to sue!!!!!"

I read a satirical article once (The Onion maybe?) about how if PMS was something that men suffered from, there would be PMS institutes, foundations, drugs, time off of work each month, .... the whole gamut.
