Target Experts: When will this carseat get marked down?

Our Targets do not have the large baby sections.
One currently has a Blvd that is an online return; the full shipping label is still on the box. Strangely, it has no markdown sticker but rather the yellow/white shelf tag was made for the box with the full price. There are no Blvds on display, and they put this one in the aisle with the PNPs rather than the car seats.

Did you try scanning the box? Sometimes, they aren't marked but will scan lower.

I think its random. My mom's target has a truefit on the clearance rack I'm watching. Its been marked down once to $132 but I want it for the woot price for passed on so I'm checking it twice a week.

The yellow sticker doesn't neccessarily mean it was a return. Sometimes items in large boxes are not repackaged into larger, outside cases. They ship the items in their original boxes to the distributions centers and sometimes directly to the stores. I've bought furniture at Target that also came with the large shipping sticker on the box and that's the clerk told me.
