Need a short lamp, under 18inches

I can't believe the trouble I've had finding a short table lamp, one that is under 18 inches, including the shade and the thing on top. I've bought some online and then found they did not count the shade as part of the height. I've looked in stores too, with my trusty tape measure, and most smaller lamps are 21 inches.

I need it to go under a cabinet. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Ikea has small ones but I don't know if that is your style. My mom buys adaptors that turn candle holders into small lamps, with a night light bulb. You can get little shades to go on it too. Try Home Depot.

I just got one at Walmart (of all places). Its 15" inches and looks great under my cabinet. Its a Better Homes and Garden Brand and I have been very happy with the quality. I think they had two different styles. HTH.

If you go to walmart.com and search for Better Homes and Gardens Bronze Twist Table Lamp, it will pull it up, they dont have the short one for purchase online, but I found it in the store.
