Please post your easy holiday dinner ideas here -- for those nights when you are racing around shopping, schelpping kids to choir practices, wrapping presents until your fingers bleed.... You get the idea!

Bonus points for 5 ingredient or less recipes! ;)

Salsa chicken Tacos:

chicken breast(at least a lb. but can do more)
taco seasoning
salsa
flour tortillas

Put first 3 ingredients in crockpot for about 3-4 hours on high (or low all day). Shred chicken and put in tortillas with any garnishes(or none. It's so good you don't really need them).
