Brunch recommendation for Philly

Any suggestions?

Criteria-
Family friendly
Open around 11
I won't be totally out of place in my running clothes (I think I am safe since it is marathon day)
Fun to celebrate a birthday (Grandma's)
Need to be able to get to with the race route for the whole group

My criteria I know if hard. May just end up eatting out closer to home the more I think about it.

The best places to eat Brunch in Philly are:
Morning Glory
Sabrina's Cafe

Sabrina's has a long wait sometimes b/c it's so popular. But it's right in the heart of the Italian Market. But if you're not close by when they call your name, they give away your seats.
