After tons of problems with our HP desktop, we decided to claim for a full refund. It is written on the warranty that we are eligible for a replacement of a new computer or a refund of the purchase cost. They offer us a new computer but we no longer want to deal with them. We have talked to the case manager and have waited more than 2 wks for warranty department to get back to us. There are no other phone number or contact person beside the case manager we can reach. Our warranty is running out in a month. Any advice? They don't give any specific timeline to us and we are very frustrated with them.
