Ours is too easy for DS now, but he really loves doing it. I'd like to find a more difficult one for him to try. We currently have this one http://www.shopwiki.com/_Tolo+Rolling+Shape+Sorter?o=384635992&s=214150&

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Here's one with 12 pieces.

And another one with 10 pieces.

I really like the M&D version, except for the side that doesn't stay closed. :( Wish they would re-design that aspect.

And the second one is the one I had as a kid! I didn't know they still made it :)

Thanks!

Yeah, we have this one and that's the one thing I don't like about it. I always have to hold that side down when they play with it.

The Side that comes out. And the fact that it is nearly impossible to put all 12 shapes inside without "settling" the toy a few times?

I would not have bought the Melissa and Doug one if I'd known.

We like the Tupperware one.

Oh, I see someone else posted it too! DS loves it. He plays with it every.single.day!

I have the tupperware one that was already posted. My DD loves it! I had it as a kid too so i was really excited when I found out they still made it!

The favorite around here with both kids was always the Tolo Ball shape sorter. http://www.toyimage.com/p-12239-tolo-toys-rolling-ball-shape-sorter.html Similar to the one you have, but I think with more pieces?

We have the Tupperware one too. My aunt gave it to me and she said that she and her husband used to time themselves playing it when they had their first DS 20+ years ago. :p
Oh, and DD likes it.

I love the tupperwear one, but I saw this at Kohls the other day that was inexpensive...

We have the Tupperware one... I think they run ~$25 through a consultant. Also, Tupperware products carry a lifetime warranty, a friend's old sorter from when she was little broke and they replaced it free for her kids to use now -- to me, that quality & support is worth the extra couple bucks (b/c toys never get abused, right?).

My parents have that one at their house now. :) Maybe I should just trade them shape sorters for a month! That would be free and easy :)

We have a few -- the Tupperware one and the M&D one are more challenging than most.

Hrms. We are missing a piece for our Tupperware one. I wonder if they could replace a piece.
