anniversary gift ideas for DH

Tomorrow is my 8 year anniversary. Normally we don't buy gifts for each other. We normally just go out for a nice dinner. Since we have DD and no babysitter dinner will not be an option this year. DH comes home today with a beautiful Tara necklace for me. I saw him carry the bag in so he gave it to me early. Now what the heck do I get him? Any suggestions? He is so hard to buy for. I've thought of a watch but I don't think he would wear it. I've also considered beer or wine of the month club...is that a dumb idea?

How about a subscription to a magazine that he would enjoy? I dont know what he's "into", but tell us and we'll help you out!

I'm in the same boat - 8th anniversary coming up. (Although I don't think DH has anything for me yet - I have some ideas though!) I'm going to do boring sweaters or something (he really needs them!). I'm out of ideas.
