I don't use Bing all that much, because I usually forget to check if the store I'm shopping at participates. I've done about 6-8 transactions, and at least two I've had to contact their customer service. The first one was during the Dermstore promo where it was like 30% cashback. After contacting Bing I got the credit. Well, I bought a gas range through Sears.com on Saturday, and I actually remembered to use Bing. Of course I never got an email from Bing telling me I had cash back, so I've had to contact CS again (no answer yet). I also just bought a something from Overstock. Usually when I use Bing and it works, I get a email from them in a couple of minutes. Well, no email yet, so I bet I have to contact CS AGAIN! It's so frustrating. I do everything right, I go through the Bing site, I don't click out of my browser window. Yet it's rarely worked easily for me. Grrr.
