Step2 Rosebud Dollhouse

Hello! Does anyone have this dollhouse? I'm looking for a nice wooden dollhouse for my 3 yo DD for Christmas, and I'm awfully tempted by this one:

I did actually have my eye on the one from Leaps and Bounds! I love it, but every time I showed it to DD she said that she didn't like it. :( I've noticed that she seems to like things that have a ton of color and decoration, and seems to gravitate more to plastic than wood (much to my dismay!). So now I'm wondering if she wouldn't even like the Step2 one either, even though it is painted and very girly looking. Maybe I should just go with the Fisher-Price Loving Family Dollhouse that I never thought I'd get?!?!
