play kitchen to get. does anyone know if kidskraft makes decent kitchens? also on plastic kitchens do the kids seem to really like the sound effects & continue to like them? or is it more the kitchen itself they seem to play with more?

for your post i think we are going to get the deluxe kid kraft, my husband is still thinking that the plastic ones are a better choice i like wood so we will see. thanks again

We got the kidkraft island kitchen when DD1 was 2. She is now 7 and it still gets played with by her, and her 2 younger siblings. Definitely worth it, despite the lack of bells and whistles! When other kids come over to play, most will gravitate right to it.
