Another play kitchen question re: Fridge

Just wondering,
Do I (uhh, I mean does ds) need a kitchen that has a dedicated refrigerator? So many of the smaller ones don't have a whole fridge, and I remember really liking that part.

FOr us it is pretty exclusively used as storage. I knew and expected that going into it though (we have a play kitchen with oven/stove and then a freestanding fridge). If you have other places to stash playfood, etc. and a system that will work for you, I don't think your DC will miss the fridge. For our setup, I find having the fridge as storage space helpful though.

We don't have one and don't miss it. We have the Educo kitchen and love it. DD sometimes pretends that one part of it is the oven and the other is the dishwasher (because our stove/oven and dishwasher are side by side). She never asks about a fridge nor does she seem to miss having one.
