Poor DD has just been to Southeast Asia and back with us.

Going there, she was back on her schedule somewhat after the 3 day and got some pretty consistent sleep considering her clock was turned upside down.

We got back on the 18th and it is proving a little more difficult to get back to her normal schedule.

I am able to just go with the flow right now with her since I am an SAHM but is there anything I can do to help this process along a little?

I usually use melatonin if I am having trouble sleeping at night, and I would use a small dose with her as well. its really easy to lay in bed all day when you are heading that way to, so I try and schedule things in the morning so I am more likely to get myself out of bed and adjusting to that time zone.
I have BTDT many times

Get out in the bright, natural light as much as possible! Even in our location's cold weather, we play every morning in the sun through the sliding glass door. It helps your body keep "day" and "night" straight; so I'd think it would be a help to you... and couldn't hurt!
