this is the one from leaps and bounds that everyone has been checking on. Last year, it went super low but I did notice that they site does not currently have a mag. subscription that can be cancelled to get money back.
It is now down to $149.95. I can plug in code toy25 for another $25 off but the shipping and then surcharge shipping get it to about $157.

If anyone has other codes to share to make this better, please let us know! the $149 price looks like it is two days only. Not sure about the toy 25 code working much longer either

If you go through ebates you get 3% back and there is a free ship code but it won't let me combine both the free ship and $25 code. If so I probably would of bought it. Darn!

I have mine from tuesday morning, thanks to you!!! ;) My DB just brought it down from Boston. He has the receipt , since he knows I will wait until the last minute to find it for significantly less than $160 ! I can't wait to see it, it's still in his trunk since DD has not left him alone to be able to sneak it in the house!

Thank you! I ordered it last night (when toy25 still worked). I am so excited since this will be THE santa gift for both girls. My price point was $150 so $157 was close enough!

Yep, last year's thread was dated 11-2, so this is much later and more money! Unless they do a huge black friday, I don't see it getting that low. Especially since the mag. rebate isn't there, now it's a coupon to Sears.....

The dollhouse is still on sale for $149.95.

I added a couple of things to my order so that my total was just over $175 and used the $50 off coupon, which brought the dollhouse down to about $135-$140 shipped, depending on how you count the discounts. I also went through ebates, so that will net me a few extra dollars.

Here's hoping that both DDs like playing with the dollhouse! :)

ugh. so sorry! There have been 1-2 of these on our CL lately for $60, so check yours, your parents' etc. I had that happen with something I couldn't decide on in the past, so I'm guilty of pulling the trigger on the earlier side now out of fear. Hopefully something equally fun will turn up!

The furniture is the same size as the Ryan's Room stuff. We have this dollhouse and it came (used) with a couple extra sets that were RR and they match perfectly in size. I would say that girl is about 4-5 yrs in the picture. It really is a big house with tall floors which is why the furniture looks small.

For anyone that managed to get one... There is a review of mine somewhere in the archive. The only thing I would suggest is not putting the balcony on - it looked to me like it was easy to break off by accident so we left ours off. I also usually put it up on the train table so DS3 won't pull up on it. For older kids that wouldn't put their weight on it, it would be OK on the floor.

Wasn't the ebates code (bringing it down to $127) for Leaps and Bounds, not Back to Basics Toys? Leaps and Bounds is sold out anyways.
