I have a free book that says this

Once the promotional code is entered into the customer account,
participants will have until November 23, 2009 to order the 8×8 photo
book....

Does until the start of the 23rd (like midnight of the 22nd) or until the 23rd is over (midnight on the 23rd)?????

IIRC, previously the offers said through not until.

Thoughts?

My guess is it will be good until the end of the 23rd. You can always check with shutterfly, or I know some people have had good luck asking for an extension on a code.
