Just like Ebates. Free if you have subscription to Parenting Magazine. Works well for the 1-2 months I've been using it sometimes. sometimes ebates is better %, sometimes PP so i always check both.
Got the following email:

Land Of Nod = 15%
Macys, Old Navy, Gap, TCP, Borders = 10%
TRU = 5%
