FP Little People play mat?

Has anyone ever seen this play mat IRL? Its $4.99 including shipping, but requires a proof of puchase from any Little People set.

IIRC one of my friends tried to order it a while ago and was told either that the offer was no longer valid or that the mats were no longer available (same outcome either way, LOL). Might be worth emailing/calling FP's customer service to verify if it's even still available!

We have one. It's cute, but we only have the LP dollhouse set, so the roads all sort of lead nowhere. :) DDs like to drive various cars (LP and otherwise) on the roads. It was worth the $4.99 for that alone, as we don't have any other sort of play mat with roads on it.

I don't know if the offer still stands, we've had it for three or four years now.
