This is so amazing...I never got into my ipod because I hate uploading stuff. This has been magical in making stations for me that play music I love! It's free too!

Do you just listen while on your computer or can you put the music on your IPOD?

There is a Pandora app you can download that I assume you can run on something like an iPod Touch.

And, yeah, Pandora is the greatest thing to grace the Interwebs since Rick Astley.

I LOOOOVE Pandora! Use it at home with our computers, ipod touch and palm pre phones. For those who don't know what it is, it's basically internet radio, but no commercials. You look up your favorite artist. Say for example, you type in Erasure. It will play random Erasure songs, plus other artists in the same genre, like OMD, DM, Pet Shop Boys, New Order, etc.. If there is a song you don't like you can skip it and give it a thumbs down, so it remembers that you don't like it. If you like songs, give it a thumbs up.

DH & I love it! He uses it all the time at home on the computer and we both have it on our Blackberries too. Good stuff!

I love it...the only caveat...for the free version there is a 40 hour a month time limit. Once you reach that maximum you need to wait until the next month to use it again. Happens to me quite a bit!!!

I've known about it for almost 2 yrs., I think so well before the 40 hr. mos. time limit showed up. I use it at work on almost a daily basis and just have to remember to shut it off each time I leave my desk so I don't use my 40 hrs. too much.

Yahoo had/has a similar service that I used years ago at work. I knew I was working to hard when I reached the end of my free limit (I think it was 200 hours per month). I loved how you could personalize the station for music that you like, even if it is an eclectic mix of different genres. I wonder if I can figure out my old log in! If not, I will definitely give pandora a try.

We just discovered the new music thingamabob for the Xbox 360 and it is pretty cool! Similar to Pandora, but through the TV.
