I went to get DS the 300 set, I would also like to get the student guide so I can explain what is going on. Any suggestions on where's the best place to buy?

Thanks.

If you get the SC-300R, it comes with the hard sided case and student manual. Amazon has it from third party sellers starting around $75 shipped. The problem I ran into was that the places selling the manuals separately had very high shipping and their prices on the sets I wanted were not good. I ended up going with cs-sales, but haven't received it yet (just ordered over the weekend). The SC-300 is usually around $40, the student manual is $10, so you are already at $50 with just those.

I got mine off of amazon. The 300 set was about $38.
