bday outfit for 4 y.o. girl

I need some ideas for a bday outfit for my DD. It can be the full out fit or just a top....would prefer something personalized...name, initial or age and would like it to be under 50.00. Any ideas on etsy? Thanks!

I ordered a "Miss January" top for my DD's upcoming 3rd birthday from this etsy seller - belladue (http://www.etsy.com/view_transaction.php?transaction_id=21880490). I just ordered last week so I haven't received it yet.

I took the above basic outfit (picked a fabric combo from her available choices) and modified it to be cropped pants, and changed top to a big fabric appliqued "4" on it with her name embroidered across the top of it (hope that makes sense). I was very happy with the seller- she made the outfit for me on a tight deadline, and it has held up great. My DD wears the pants alone all the time, too. She still wears the whole thing all the time, actually :) .
