Cleaning bath toys

What's the best way to clean bath toys? DD has some of the letters that stick to the tub and some fisher price animals and I feel like I should be cleaning them like her other toys.
So would soaking them in Lysol work best you think?

I put ours in a lingerie bag and run it through the dishwasher on "sanitize" mode (top rack only). Seems to work well for us. I'm not sure I would do Lysol; a bleach & water soak (rinsed well) would work well or maybe vinegar & water for younger kids who might put them in their mouth.
