Anyone seen any great deals for their Christmas cards? I need to get about 50 and am not sure what would be a good price.

I just ordered mine from costco.com. 50 prints for $14.99! We had birth announcements done there and I was pleased.

The link to these 50 free photo cards was posted in the deals thread a couple weeks ago.
It expires tomorrow though, so you have to order right away. HTH!

I have been happy with the quality at Costco and at $15 for 50 cards, it is very affordable. For a custom card, you can pay about $15 to have someone on www.etsy.com design a card, then print the jpg image at Costco, Sams, etc. You can design a card yourself for free at www.scrapblog.com (save, publish then export as a jpg image) then print whereever you want. Scrapblog has a new option to export a high resolution file for about $5 IIRC.

Guess I overpaid at Shutterfly compared with these deals (especially free!). They are running a deal buy 50 cards and get 25 free. Then there's a free shipping code, too (SHIP25), which expires Dec. 3. I am pissed that I did my order and forgot to go through ebates, because I could have gotten $15% cash back! My total with tax was $41.87. So it would be about $35 if you do the ebates for cash back. Also, I had chosen the 5x7 size, which is a little more expensive than the 4x8, so you could get a little cheaper deal than I did if you go with that other size.

Damn, just noticed that Shutterfly is 20% cash back from ebates.com for Cyber Monday! I missed out but maybe someone else can take advantage.

I got tired of the previous photo cards we've done and wanted something different this year (and cheaper) so I decided to make my own.
I signed up for Shutterfly and got 50 free prints so I did a picture of my kids and added a holiday border to the 4x6 size. Shipping was about $3.60
Then I went to AC Moore and got 5x7 folded white cards for $6.xx (with coupon) black photo corners($2.50), a $1 snowflake stamper and a $1 red ink pad. Printed a greeting inside the cards last night on my computer. I also got 4x6 collage prints from Walgreens to slip inside the cards. (I didn't want them fixed to the cards because I only plan on sending the extra pics to family & close friends, not our entire Christmas card list)
It was very easy to put together and my cost for 50 cards was about $15 and I feel like they are a little more personalized.
I know it's hard to visualize, maybe I'll try to take a picture later when I've fully assembled some and post it.

I'm planning to make my own (photoshop) and then print them at Costco.

We got the Peace ones from Sam's and were surprised to get lined envelopes for $30/125 cards. And...3/4 of them are in the mail :cheerleader1:

What size do you print at Costco - 5x7?

Costco cards are huge - 6 x 7-1/2 inches.

I designed my own in photoshop and got 75 for $25 at Costco. I also made matching stickers for the adress labels. They came out great! They were $12 for 80. I'm very pleased.

I did the promotion from seehere.com for the 50 free photo cards with free shipping...They turned out really great..

"newbaby" code is still working, I believe..I do think though that they might be charging for shipping but its only $3.xx....

So even when you design your own (which I've done on Scrapblog) you print them as cards, so you get the envelope and everything I guess?

Last year I printed just photos of my design at Costco that were 4x6, and got my own envelopes. I'll look into printing it as a card instead. Is that pretty clear on the website?

Also, do you need additional postage for such a big card?

Thanks!
