DH has hinted that he'd like a book about football strategy for Christmas. We both really enjoy watching college football and have a good grasp of how the game is played. But we'd like to understand more about how/why coaches make the decisions they do, and the more advanced kinds of techniques and strategies that go into a game. Do any of you (or your SOs or friends) know of any good books that might fit the bill? I'm not necessarily looking for a book that is directed toward players or even coaches, but something that would be interesting to an enthusiastic spectator. Not really an introduction to the game, but the next step maybe?
