I bought these Skechers in an effort to obey the "gym sneakers are only for the gym rule" that I've violated for years. They are a greyish olive color. Do you wear them with socks? If so, athletic socks only? I'd be wearing them with long pants (denim or black yoga pants).

And given the color, it's pretty neutral right? I could wear them with a lot of things? I avoided all black or all brown ones thinking they'd be too limiting.
