Bill Me Later payment option online

I am thinking about using this option because if you do you supposedly get $25 off your order (its shown on the Bill Me Later statement when it is emailed or mailed to you).

Has anyone used Bill Me Later? Is there a catch? If I pay if off before the due date do you avoid interest? Its not signing me up for a credit card, is it?

The site I am using is Buy.com and I am about to purchase an Xbox 360 fro DH.

It's not a credit card per se. It does a recheck every time you want to buy something. But there's no real catch either. If you save $25, you save $25, and if there's a no interest/no payments dealie and you pay it off before the due date, it won't charge you interest.

I used a similar deal to buy an xbox 360 using it a few years ago.

You do not get a credit card per say, but it shows up on your credit report the same as a card. I did it once for a discount a few years ago and kind of regret it since it shows up as still active on my report.
