Mailing Labels from "Numbers" spreadsheet on a MAC?

Is there a way to do this? I have all my Christmas card addresses on a Numbers spreadsheet... I'd love to print labels this year (don't care if it's tacky!!) instead of hand addressing 150 envelopes. I know there are ways to do this with Excel, what about with Numbers?

I don't use numbers, my addresses are in a database. I go into Word and under labels there is an option for a data merge. I pull up the database file, and then I can specify which addresses and which fields I want to populate the labels with. I would think you could do it. You may have to play around with it, and you may need to play with how the addresses are set up in Numbers...

And dont' worry about being tacky. I don't have time to hand address envelopes either.
