I was able to score a DS lite for my son from Amazon last week. It arrived today. Now I'd like to secure at least two games at no more than $19 each. Does anyone know where I can get some games for cheap? He really likes Cars so I am thinking this one and may be another.

TIA

You may have better luck starting your thread with ISO. I don't have one, so I can't help. Wait...are there some in the Target circular online?

I saw a few different $19 games at Target today. I'm not sure which ones they were, though.

I saw Toys'R'Us has a few DS games on sale for 50% off ($9.99) tomorrow (12/2) only. See their online flyer:

Amazon has Rhythm Heaven for $10 right now and it is supposed to be fun:

Good for all ages, supposedly.

Oh, FYI, Target routinely has older DS games for $15 and $20. No special deal, just regular price. And I HIGHLY recommend GameStop. Lots of used games for < $20. And you can return them for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Terrific for trying out games to see if you like them or not.

I agree about Gamestop-a great way to get games cheap. They also typically have more games for younger kids too. They also sometimes have "buy 2 get one free" of their used games which is a great deal. We just got 3 games last week for $20 total!

TRU has a largs section of games in the $20 and under range. Some good titles there too!

Costco has a bunch that are 14.99, but just last weekend, there was a $5 instant coupon/rebate on the 14.99 ones, bringing them down to 9.99. I'm not sure how long that coupon/rebate lasts. Lego Star Wars, Cooking Mama, My Sims Kingdom, Namco Museum and some animal care/rescue ones were among the games I bought at Costco. For 9.99, I figure that we can't go too wrong.

Beth, how much does Gamestop pay when you trade in an old game?

Thanks. Keep the ideas coming. I will try Costco. I'd love $5 off of $14.99.

:duh: I was there and missed this. DRATS. I hope it's still on! I have to check out Gamestop, too, and also that rhythm game. I must go slow, though, with three games to begin with. I'm thinking it will mostly get used when we are waiting for something or traveling, vs. at home, since we have strict screen time rules!

LOL! Not well. It's a little better if you have their membership. Burt it's better than nothing. If you're willing to sell on eBay or Craigslist, you can do a little better, but we're too lazy.

DS would love this but it's $15 now. I hate to pay more when I know it was $10. Grr.

I am super happy this morning and just wanted to say you moms rock!!:yay: My son is only 5 and 1/2 so he doesn't need any super complicated games. I was able to get 2/$20 at Walmart.com and $4 back through bing. I will purchase the cars game from some where else and that will be it. Happy Friday!

I couldn't find Walmart.com on bing. Where do I look? Am I missing something?

Put Walmart in the search box. You should see Walmart with the cash back logo in the ads on the right side of the page. Click on it to get the 20%.
