We just bought one at Home Depot for our basement snack bar, but haven't plugged it in yet. We're still waiting for the electrician to move the outlet that ended up behind the cabinet next to where the fridge is going. It's Magic Chef brand, stainless look and it was about $150.

I bought a Haier mini-fridge for my office to keep my breastmilk in. It's 4 years old now but works perfectly, is pretty quiet, and compact enough to fit under my desk. Not sure if it's too small for what your needs are, but the Haier brand has been good to me so far.
