Called Diapers.com today because my peapod mattress has a bubble in it -- I've only had it two weeks. Woman I spoke with was amazingly nice -- she said she will call the company for me and get it sorted out. She gave me her name and her direct extension. She also said that she will call me tomorrow to let me know if they or the company will be sending me a replacement. She was extremely apologetic. Diapers.com CS rocks!!!

My order from diapers.com came very banged up. I we bought it to use as a gift but it was so poorly packed we couldn't. I had to scramble and just got a gift certificate from a local store.

I heart diapers.com as well. just received our car seat to find that the infant insert/support was missing. They offered to have me send it back and send a new one I asked if I could just get credit and they gave me 15 bucks. That is great customer service by my standards

I agree. I stupidly ordered the wrong size Swaddlers and they are paying for me shipping them back when it was my mistake. Go Diapers.com!
