What playmobil set for DS (4 yrs)

DS has several castle parts of Playmobil. I am looking for his "big" Christmas set ... any ideas. What were big hits?

Pirates would kind of complement a castle. We have the castle (our only really item). Costco has a pirate set right now (DS is getting that for Christmas from my parents)

Some of the farm sets are pretty big.

My kids' first PM item was the RV, but we have a pop up and my parents have a travel trailer so that probably helped...but they still love that set.

DS bought himself the car repair and tuning shop because he's a car nut. I picked up a "bag set" at Ridge Road station with a gas station and that's fun with all of his vehicles. Both kids like the minivan (family van).

The vehicles/ boats are a big hit at my house.

I'm dying for the pyramid, but I just can't pay full price. If anyone sees it for less LMK. It keeps getting rave reviews for it's "secret" trapdoors and such. :)

DS wants this. He's into Egypt in general. I'm kinda set on his gifts though but maybe this will be a birthday gift, or he can spend his own gift $$ from relatives from Christmas and or birthday to buy it. Looks cool though. We just let him watch something recently on Discovery or the Science channel about all of the hidden passageways, etc. and he was very intrigued ;)

The pyramid one is also the one my 5 yr old is obsessed with. I'm hoping that maybe after Christmas it will go on clearance, b/c I'm not willing to pay full price. We're read and watched a lot of stuff about Egypt, so that's why he's so interested in it.

My DS is another 4yo drooling over the pyramid. He has the catalog and looks at it daily and talking about how great it is. His science class used it for their class on Egypt/pyramids/mummies. The kids loved it. I am hoping I can get it on sale sometime next year, but it isn't happening at our house this year. It gets great reviews if you are looking for something that big and expensive.

I like some of the medium sized sets better than the huge, expensive ones. They really don't need some huge piece to get their imagination going.

My DS just turned 5 and is really into dinosaurs. He's been begging for, and will get, the triceratops with the volcano and probably one other set for Christmas.

Pirates ship! Costco has them for under $40.
