Hmmmmm, for some reason when I use the code now it is applying a 10% discount w/ FS. I can't figure out how to call customer service.

BTW, its only valid today!

I don't know the restrictions but it worked for me on an all-clad pan and they usually are excluded from everything.

There are restrictions - 10% off on certain items and FS on $99+: http://www.macys.com/campaign/friendsFamily.jsp

Thanks for mentioning this. All-Clad is never on sale and we needed some new pans. :cheerleader1:

It also worked on Fossil handbags, which are always excluded from ebags discounts

Note that you can also *likely* get another 25% by going through Bing. Go to Bing and search on "sweaters".

I said "likely" because using coupon codes often voids the Bing cashback, but it's worth trying to go through Bing and if the cashback gets voided, you're no worse off for it. People on Slickdeals seem to be having luck with it so far. I made a purchase yesterday and haven't yet received the Bing cashback email, but again if I get it, it's just gravy. And going through Bing won't affect the Macy's F&F discount.

FYI...also works on North Face which is excluded from every other coupon during hte year.

Now I'm super excited. The possibility of getting the Bing cash back was just too much:)
I went ahead an ordered myself a Christmas present!

25% off works on all orders, fs is only on $99+

Got several Fiesta Ware items...butter dish, covered casserole, bread plate, and a couple other misc items (large serving platter, set of chargers) for right around $100 shipped before tax. If the Bing cash works, it's $75, which is pretty hot considering the retail on these items was over $250, and Fiesta serving pieces are hard to find on sale.

I called and my discount was showing as 10% because I was purchasing an electronics item. Bummer! Better than nothing though!

hmmm, sounds great, esp. with the possibility of 25% bing cash back! What search term did you use? I currently see only 15%

How do returns work? I understand that they take them back at the store, but what about shipping, will they bill me for shipping if I return the item?

Thanks, OP.

Yep, looks like the Bing cashback is down to 15%. They change it pretty regularly, but 25% was the highest I had ever seen it for Macys.

Regarding the return and shipping, I wouldn't think they would charge you for shipping if you return to the store since I've never known a store to do that, but I don't know for sure with Macys.
