Barnes and Noble has 30% off on Thomas the Train both in-store and online. Not a huge selection, but some good deals.

if you go thru ebates you can at least get cashback for b&n. and if you are a member i think you can use 1 40% coupon per account . also , kidsurplus.com has some great deals sometimes. 30% off the big thomas sets isn't a horrid price either. and target had the basic circle set (good for around 2 yo) for $20 recently.
