PMS problems

Starting about 6 months ago I started getting really cranky and getting headaches during PMS. What is going on? I've just shrugged it off becasue I've had other things to deal with.

That's exactly how my perimenopause hell began.
I'd never had a migraine in my life and two months after I turned
42, BAM. They became regular, 1-2 days before af arrived.
After that, my body and brain just fell apart. Peri sucks.

Evening Primrose Oil really helped with the sore breasts, cranky,
irritable moods.

I'm doing bio identical hormones and they are helping with the headaches,
but not much else.

I'm 33.

I've had migraines and headaches my whole life but not everyday headaches around a certain time. I guess it's time to call my Gyn. I also get night sweats.

I always get headaches right before my period comes. I think this started a few years ago, and I'm not 37. Maybe a hormonal thing with age?
