Adding Flaxseed Meal to Recipe

Hi there,
Does anyone know how to add flaxseed meal to a muffin recipe? Do I replace equal parts flour with it?

there should be instructions on how to do this on the bag, but I think it's 1 tbsp of meal + 2 tbsp water.

it works pretty well, I've used it for cornbread and banana bread, and you can't tell the difference.

thank you! i was hoping my bag would give instructions as well, but it only talks about sprinkling the flaxseed meal onto other foods.
