SIL is getting a kurig for Christmas from her mom. She wants k-cups. Her specifications were

"I love french vanilla...anything sweet. I don't like hazelnut..so any others should be fine. "

I was looking at the Gloria Jean flavored variety pack on amazon but the reviews were mixed. Then I looked at green mountain and then I got confused and befuddled-there are so many choices! Does anyone have any recommendations? Our limit is $25

The only reason why I opened your thread is because I thought you were
talking about bras. I have never heard of a K-cup and I was curious. :)


I was in awe of the K-cups.

We have a Keurig and I also love anything French Vanilla. A good site to buy from is www.shoffee.com You can mix/match k-cup companies and the prices are very competitive.

Here's the french vanilla I like: http://www.shoffee.com/detail.asp?id=4FVE but I'm sure other brands are good too. Right now I really enjoy Green Mountain's Spicy Eggnog. And I've heard that Southern Pecan is good but never tried it. On my list to try next:)

As far as price, Kohls usually marks theirs down to 9.99, and then the best deal through them is to use the 30% cardmember code/coupon, which is starting Dec. 15. $7/box or use 20% at BB&B for $8/box.

We like the Van Houtte French Vanilla fine. DH really likes the Caribou ones. Based on the taste you describe, I'd stay away from any of the bolds or darks, and I don't think a variety pack would work out very well.

eta: Do some searches. There've been other K-Cup threads. Yes, the bra thing gets someone every time! :hysterical:

They have them at Bed Bath and Beyond too, and you can use a 20% off coupon(for each box).
