Registering at Buy Buy Baby?

I've heard countless nightmare stories about registries and returns at BRU. And personally, I can't stand the BRU stores around here (DC area). We have a Buy Buy Baby and the store is well organized, neat and the staff is incredibly helpful. It's my go-to place to buy baby gifts.

Now I'm preparing to register for my first child. The comments on this board seem to echo my experience at BRU. But does anyone have feedback on Buy Buy Baby's registry?
