See earlier post on taking down our tree :-)

Anyone have a suggestion on where to get a great looking artificial tree tomorrow. I don't have time for comparison shopping, unfortunately. I'll be at Costco tomorrow and can go to a Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart or Meijer. I'm planning on buying one wherever I stop...I'm not running around.

Thanks!

We bought ours at Lowe's 3-4 years ago. http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=176280-78347-PEFF90RX&lpage=none The Lowe's in our area tend to sell out of the more desirable trees early in the season. I purchased a smaller one from Target last year and was pretty happy with it. They have a good selection IMO.

We didn't get a pre-lit tree. They cost more and I figured it was just one more thing that could break at any time. It's not hard to wrap lights on a tree anyways IMO.

We bought a new tree from Costco last year, and I've been very happy with it. It looks great and the price was good.

We just got this slim tree at Target and love it:

We were surprised at the nice selection they had and we looked around quite a bit.

HTH!

I live in Indy, too. I saw some really beautiful artificial trees last weekend at Sullivan's Hardware. It's on Keystone, north of Glendale and that Wal-Mart but south of 80th street.

Do you have a Menard's close by? We looked everywhere and they had the biggest selection.
