Question about vacuum cleaners for unfinshed basement floors.

ok so mil asked me today if I could help her find a vacuum to use downstairs in her apt. to help get the dust up off the floor since it's unfinished and she hasn't stained and sealed the concrete yet.

Any ideas would be great. It just needs to REALLY do a good job picking up the dirt off a bare floor.
