Did anyone send back Baby Einstein DVD's?

I sent back 4 dvds and got a check for $15.99. I thought it was supposed to be $15.99 each? How did I not notice I was supposed to fill out a separate sheet for each one? I've emailed them to return my unpaid DVDs. I guess I goofed.

I haven't sent any back, but I do remember reading that you have to fill out a separate form for each DVD. Did you do that?

Has anyone sent in VHS tapes? If so, were they worth $15.99/each as well?? I definitely paid less than that, more like $10 each. They probably do not even have a "current retail price" as they are practically obsolete in the technology world. Just curious... No mention of the tapes on the refund announcement and I cannot find any other info online. Hopefully I'll have time to call in the AM.

Sent ours in as soon as the recall was announced, got a check just in time for Christmas shopping. SIL and I coordinated returning 4 each from several relatives. I know she got her check the day I got mine. Don't know about the grands.

I sent in one and got my check yesterday for $15.99. It did say that you had to fill out a seperate form for each one, sorry!

I sent in 8 (4 to my house, 4 to my mom's) and got all the checks for all 8 DVDs in the last week. The checks at my mom's house are still there so I'll pick those up next time I visit. That money helped pay for my new double stroller!
