My six year old had 22 of his closest friends for a party at the Plaster Fun Time in Reading. My son is an active six year boy who likes to paint snakes and dinosaurs. :bouncy: I made a prehistoric dirt cake for the party in keeping with his theme. The staff kept everyone busy for the hour painting and made sure that the kids stayed focused while I served pizza and cake. :21:Very easy party. Every child left with the plaster they had painted (they spray the shine and don't fire it). The bill was about $200 ($10/kid) and i came home to a clean house. What's not to like.

I have been to two other Plaster Fun Times and they are pretty much the same. There are other "crafty" party places around but they seem to keep odd hours and you really don't know what you are likely to get.

any other places to have kids parties? gosh seems like everything I call/find is at least $300. Ouch, nothing is cheap anymore other than having it at home.
