I would love some recs for a new planner. I have been using the mom's plan-it engagement planner but there is no way to view your month as a whole. Ideally, I would love a planner that has a monthly calendar and then also has a daily or weekly section. I need to see the month as a whole when scheduling work/appointments but I love the amount of space on a daily planner for writing out things to do/meals, the little details. So anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,

I love, love, love this one! It is the only planner I would ever buy. I got my first one two years ago at Barnes and Noble for about $20. The last two years though I have ordered them off of Amazon for around $12. Looks like it might be sold out there now.

Amy Knapp's Family Organizer has everything you mentioned. It's what I've used for the past 5 years. You can buy it spiral bound at Borders, Target, Walmart, or loose-leaf online to go into your leather type multi-ring planner. I've used it both ways.

I love the Busy Body Book. I got one in September because my life goes from September to September but they have regular yearly ones. I love the grid format. I will definitely be buying more and more!

If you're really wanting a swanky completely customized planner, there's a bunch I love love love from Franklin Covey (http://shopping.franklinplanner.com/shopping/index.jsp?product=Home&sc=msn&n=franklin_and_covey&c=Keyword-msn&s_kwcid=TC-882-1264470165-e-32289407). You can always find tons of codes that can be stacked.

Franklin Covey is definitely the gold standard in the category. I, however, always spent more time learning about the system and ramping up towards using it than I did actually using it and getting things done.

Thanks for all the ideas!! I'm looking into themnow. The Franklin Covey planners, how would I go about having both a monthly view and a daily view? I guess I'm a little confused by the website. Also, does anyone know any codes for the website?
