to a black tie evening wedding in Orlando in January? I have a velvet sleeveless dress (see other post). I have the opportunity to go shopping on Saturday to see if I can find anything else. I'm 5'2" and I look best in a dress that is knee length (I look dumpy in mid-calf or longer dresses). I also look best in a dress that is A line (I have a small waist and larger hips, tush so a tighter fit looks really bad on me). Is a knee length dress appropriate for a black tie affair?
