ack! one of the prongs broke off!

One of the prongs broke off on the sunshine radian carseat chest buckle thing. What do I do? I checked the website but they only have an email customer support, no phone number that I could see. Can I get the buckle replaced? I am assuming I would NOT have to buy a new carseat....meanwhile, my son is riding in this and we're going on a car trip soon!

You can use it broken. They will ship you a new clip. Give them a call. Phone number is in the thread :).

I got one from Britax to put on my RN when it broke. I prefer Britax ones. I think Jools or someone else smarter than I am on this topic okay-ed this for me.

thanks for the info, especially the link to the other thread! Makes me feel a little better about using it broken, especially because the customer service seems closed until Monday!

I just got around to switching out my chestclip yesterday. The new chestclips are much improved, IMO. :)
